WHAT WE DO
Through funded programmes, we collaborate with community groups, individuals, social enterprises and private landowners in the city of Plymouth and further afield to find spaces and places that can be utilised by others for their needs, on terms that suit both parties.
We work with both space owners and space users to understand their requirements and find appropriate ways of accessing existing and new spaces for use by businesses, new start ups, graduates, community and cultural organisations.

Plymouth is our local city, but we match people to spaces across the South West for all types of creative, start-ups, community groups organisations, types of use and more.
Through a series of funded programmes we have specialised in short term and meanwhile uses for spaces. We believe in the re-invention of the High Street as a space for all manner of uses, including cultural events and community uses.
